A well-executed Soft Opening and Grand Opening can set the tone for your entire pharmacy business. At ValueMed, these two phases are not just ceremonial—they are strategic tools to promote services, test operations, and introduce your community to the ValueMed experience.
This guide outlines everything a ValueMed Franchisee, Pharmacist, and Pharmacy Assistant must prepare for a successful soft and grand opening.

Introduce ValueMed signature programs to the local community
Begin light selling and establish store presence before the Grand Opening
This phase is critical to make necessary improvements prior to the big launch.
