The initial term of the franchise agreement is three (3) years, and an additional three-year terms for a total of six years.

The Food and Drug Administration requires all drugstores to have a licensed pharmacist to directly supervise operations and dispense drugs. Ideal staff requirement per store would be 2 to 3 personnel including the Pharmacist / Manager and Pharmacy Assistant.

Yes. After your Trainings and Seminar, you will receive a copy of the Confidential Operations Manual containing policies and procedures involving ValueMed Generics franchise operation. Since this is a proprietary of ValueMed, we request the franchisee to keep it with utmost confidentiality.

Yes. At your store outlet, franchisees and their staff will be given 1 day training on pharmacy operations, services as well as orientation of branded and generics products. Local store marketing, sales training and POS training will provided simultaneously. Training maybe done few days or the day before the grand opening. For additional training and consultation, this can be done via Virtual Meeting

Minimum store requirement of 15 sqm (FDA minimum requirement) for Standard All Generic while 20 sqm for Premium Branded- Generic format.
