The initial term of the franchise agreement is three (3) years, and an additional three-year terms for a total of six years.

As our franchisee, our representatives will provide advice and guidance, and check quality control compliance, FDA Regulatory Compliance Assistance and may be consulted on any matter you may encounter as you operate the business. Refresher trainings may also be provided as needed.

ValueMed Generics will provide all the medicines and related supplies to franchisee. This will be monitored via electronic system. For a Franchisee to be profitable, 70-85% of Sales must be coming from Generics Medicines.

The store should be visible from main roads or thoroughfares, near commercial or highly dense residential areas.

The Food and Drug Administration requires all drugstores to have a licensed pharmacist to directly supervise operations and dispense drugs. Ideal staff requirement per store would be 2 to 3 personnel including the Pharmacist / Manager and Pharmacy Assistant.

Yes. After your Trainings and Seminar, you will receive a copy of the Confidential Operations Manual containing policies and procedures involving ValueMed Generics franchise operation. Since this is a proprietary of ValueMed, we request the franchisee to keep it with utmost confidentiality.

Yes. At your store outlet, franchisees and their staff will be given 1 day training on pharmacy operations, services as well as orientation of branded and generics products. Local store marketing, sales training and POS training will provided simultaneously. Training maybe done few days or the day before the grand opening. For additional training and consultation, this can be done via Virtual Meeting

Minimum store requirement of 15 sqm (FDA minimum requirement) for Standard All Generic while 20 sqm for Premium Branded- Generic format.

•Attend the ValueMed Generics Franchise Opportunity Seminar (Online) •Email ValueMed Generics to Submit Complete Applications •We will review and evaluate your qualifications thoroughly. If qualified, we will invite you to a business meeting to discuss the details and terms of the franchise prior to signing the franchise agreement. •Signing of franchise contract and Payment •Register with DTI if single proprietorship and SEC for Corporation. Get a lease contract from landlord. •Proceed with the renovation (shelves and signage). •Look for a licensed pharmacist. •Apply business permits. •Apply BIR permits. •Apply permit for POS and/or Sales Invoice & O.R. •Be prepared for actual training (franchisee, pharmacist, and assistant). •Complete the FDA requirements and send to ValueMed Generics
