💊 What is ValueMedKonek?
ValueMedKonek is ValueMed’s official Medicine Subscription Program that allows customers to sign up for auto-refilling of their regular medicines, OTCs, and vitamins—either weekly or monthly—with the option for home delivery or pick-up.This is perfect for maintenance patients, seniors, busy professionals, or loyal customers who need regular, no-fail access to their medications.
🧾 How Does It Work?
Customers can sign up through a dedicated Google Form, submitting:
Patient ID
Prescription (if needed) or OTC/Vitamin request
Delivery address
Preferred refill frequency (Weekly or Monthly)
Viber number and email
Payment method: Advance GCash, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery
Once submitted, your Pharmacist/PA will:
Confirm and coordinate with the customer via Viber
Encode details into the branch’s subscription tracker
Prepare stock in advance through POS & Auto Replenishment
Confirm refill each week/month
Deliver or arrange pickup
