Program Overview

To strengthen the sales performance of ValueMed House Brands and maximize the potential of the VitaFix Consignment Program, ValueMed is introducing a Sales Commission Program for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants in HQ-managed branches.


This program is designed to:

  • Increase sales of VitaFix (House Brand) products

  • Encourage active product recommendation and push selling

  • Improve in-store execution and merchandising

  • Support the success of the consignment model

  • Reward frontline teams for driving results


Commission Structure

  • Incentive Amount: PHP 10 per VitaFix item sold

  • Applies to all VitaFix products sold and recorded in POS

  • Commission is based on actual units sold and collected


Commission Release Condition

To protect the integrity of the consignment program, commissions will only be released under the following conditions:

  1. Collection-Based Incentive

    • Commission will only be given after the sold items have been collected and billed by HQ Accounting

    • Collection is done weekly, aligned with the VitaFix consignment cycle

  2. Verified Sales

    • All sales must be:

      • Recorded in POS

      • Supported by tape receipts

      • Submitted through the official Google Form (to be provided by HQ)


Mandatory Compliance Requirements

Branches must meet the following requirements to qualify for commission release:


1. Weekly Reporting Compliance

  • Submission of:

    • Weekly VitaFix Physical Inventory Report

    • Weekly VitaFix Sales Report

Failure to submit reports may result in withholding of commission.


2. Merchandising and Display Compliance

  • VitaFix products must be:

    • Clearly displayed in high-visibility areas

    • Positioned at eye level or near the counter

    • Organized according to planogram standards


3. Marketing Support Execution

  • Proper display and distribution of:

    • Posters

    • Flyers

  • Materials must be visible and actively used during store operations


4. Active Selling Behavior

Pharmacists and PAs must:

  • Actively recommend VitaFix products to customers

  • Integrate VitaFix in:

    • ValueMed HealthCheck Program

    • ValueMed Mobile Clinic

    • ValueMed Konsulta

    • ValueMedKonek Subscription Program


Commission Distribution

Branches are given flexibility in distributing commissions:

  • Option 1: Individual-Based

    • Incentive goes to the staff who directly sold the product

  • Option 2: Shared Incentive

    • Incentive is distributed among branch personnel


The method of distribution shall be decided by the branch management, depending on internal policy and team structure.


Submission Requirements


To process commissions, branches must submit the following weekly:

  • Copy of POS Tape Receipts (VitaFix transactions)

  • Weekly Inventory and Sales Reports

  • Submission through the official Google Form (provided by HQ)


Only complete and verified submissions will be processed for commission release.


Compliance and Disqualification

Branches may be disqualified from receiving commissions if:

  • Reports are incomplete or not submitted

  • Sales are not properly recorded in POS

  • Tape receipts are missing or inconsistent

  • VitaFix products are not properly displayed

  • There is no active effort in promoting the products

ValueMed HQ reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary due to business conditions, compliance requirements, or misuse of the program. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any future updates or changes.
